CM hydraulic override couplings have a heavy 38mm S1040 mainshaft, domed shaft for smoother braking. These couplings are available with either standard or heavy duty damper springs. Padlocking facility for security.
Grease nipples are fitted for servicing and the head-mainshaft rotates through 360 to distribute the lubricant during servicing.
Attractively finished in zinc plating or alternatively primer oxide undercoated.

OFF ROAD POLYBLOCK COUPLINGS
These off road polyblock couplings are designed and tested to withstand the toughest of conditions and are suitable for all terrain. The polyurethane block is fitted with hardwearing nylon bushes for longer life. The towbar mounting bracket is cast in superior austempered ductile iron and bolts onto the vehicle towbar. The body is the same unit as used in our proven override body.
Available as a braked/swivel coupling, suitable for both hydraulic and mechanical brake systems. A lighter body spring is available for lighter load applications and is available also as a swivel only/non-braked unit.
